Clients who participate in our Transitional Living Center's Day Treatment programming experience high rates of successful community reintegration after their injury or illness.
- 95% of participants remained out of the hospital at 6 months.
- 95% of clients are living at home or in a community environment at 6 months.
- 100% of clients are discharged home at the completion of the TLC program.
Clients in our Transitional Living Center also report high levels of satisfaction with services received: 100% of our clients report being satisfied with the skill level of TLC clinicians, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and neuropsychologists*.
