Physical Therapy Services - Physical therapy works to resolve physical problems and improve mobility after an injury, surgery, or illness. Much of the care in our outpatient center is provided by licensed physical therapists, many of whom are orthopedic clinical specialists, doctors of physical therapy, neurological clinical specialists, or certified athletic trainers. The center is home to comprehensive neurological and orthopedic therapy gyms that are unparalleled in the region. We also offer specialized therapies like sports rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, exoskeleton gait training, and more.
Occupational Therapy Services - Occupational therapy helps patients return to activities of daily living such as dressing, taking a shower, cooking, and working. Our licensed occupational therapists have specialized training to help patients adapt to or overcome physical and cognitive deficits. Treatment areas include a Hand Therapy Center with Certified Hand Therapists, an Adaptive Driving Program overseen by Certified Driving Rehabilitation Specialists, an Assistive Technology Center, and much more, all available to help our patients regain independence and maximize function. Speech-Language Pathology Services - Speech-language therapy helps patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, or swallowing difficulties. Neuropsychology Services - Neuropsychology provides comprehensive assessment of a person’s psychological functioning and thinking. Casa Colina’s neuropsychology team is clinically trained to evaluate attention, memory, language, visuo-perceptual, motor, and sensory skills, as well as higher-order executive functions. Outpatient Center - At the Dr. S. Jerome and Judith D. Tamkin Outpatient Center in Pomona, physician-directed, multidisciplinary clinical teams provide a wide variety of outpatient rehabilitation to treat orthopedic and neurological conditions. Our Outpatient Center is home to state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and facilities, including neurological and orthopedic therapy gyms, a hand therapy suite, lymphedema treatment area, aquatic therapy pools, and much more. Outpatient Center - Azusa - For those who live or work near the Foothills, the Casa Colina Azusa Center offers a wide range of rehabilitation services in one convenient location. Serving the San Gabriel Valley since 2009, this well-appointed 6,000-square foot facility offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, certified hand therapy, sports injury medicine, and more to treat orthopedic and neurological conditions. Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center - At the Casa Colina Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care Center, our certified wound care specialists take a comprehensive approach to caring for burns, traumatic injuries, ulcers, and other chronic wounds. Led by a physician specializing in infectious disease, the center is home to state-of-the-art wound care equipment, including two hyperbaric medicine chambers that provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) for patients who require this level of care. Audiology Center - The Casa Colina Audiology Center provides comprehensive care for adults who are experiencing hearing loss due to aging, disease, or environmental factors.
