The Casa Colina campus is home to the Inland Neurosurgery Institute (INI), a medical practice featuring some of Southern California’s most renowned neurosurgeons. Since 1965, INI’s fellowship-trained surgeons have proudly served the greater Los Angeles area and beyond, offering a minimally invasive, conservative approach to brain and spine surgery designed to reduce post-operative pain, hospital stay, and recovery time. INI doctors coordinate directly with Casa Colina Hospital to help ensure the highest possible standard of care for all our neurosurgery patients.
Dr. AmirNovin is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the treatment of complex spine problems, spine tumors, brain tumors, cranial-spinal trauma, stroke, movement disorders, complex pain syndromes, Parkinson’s, and peripheral nerve diseases. He completed his General Surgery and Neurological Surgery training at the prestigious Harvard hospital of Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). He also completed a two-year fellowship in Functional/Stereotactic Neurosurgery at MGH.
Dr. Cutler is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the treatment of brain, skull base, pituitary and spinal cord tumors, cerebrovascular disorders including aneurysms, cranial and spinal trauma, stroke, pain disorders, and simple and complex spine problems. He completed his General Surgery Internship and Neurological Surgery Residency at UCLA Medical Center. He pursued further fellowship training in endoscopic and minimally invasive skull base and pituitary surgery at John Wayne Cancer Institute and in open skull base and cerebrovascular surgery at the University of Utah Medical Center.
Dr. Disney is a board-certified neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the treatment of complex disorders of the spine and brain as well as peripheral nerves. A frequent recipient of top doctor awards, patient choice awards, and most compassionate doctor awards, Dr. Disney completed a surgical internship at the University of Toronto and a Neurosurgical Residency and Fellowship at the University of Alberta, where he also obtained a PhD in Experimental Surgery.
Dr. Gibani is Director of the Spine Program at Casa Colina Hospital and is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the treatment of complex disorders of the spine. He obtained his MD from Pennsylvania State University, completed a neurosurgical residency at Temple University Hospital, and completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and complex spinal neurosurgery at Stanford University Hospital.
Dr. Rodriguez is a board-certified neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the treatment of complex disorders of the spine. He completed his Internal Medicine, General Surgery, and Neurological Surgery residencies at the University of California, Irvine, as well as postgraduate training postgraduate training at the University of California, Los Angeles (Arterial Doppler fellowship) and University Pittsburgh Medical Center (Gamma Knife Radiosurgery).
Dr. Young is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the treatment of complex disorders of the spine. He completed his internship and residency in Neurological Surgery at George Washington University Hospital, as well as an Interventional Neuroradiology Fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles Medical Center.
