The Casa Colina Children's Services Center is all about discovery and helping families find a new sense of hope, awareness, and strength. We help children, from infancy to 23 years of age, make remarkable progress despite the unique challenges they face. The children we serve may have physical, learning, sensory, communication, or social developmental delays. Yet, they all experience the inner joy and satisfaction that comes from reaching a new milestone.
Pediatric specialists at the Casa Colina Children’s Services Center include a pediatric neurologist, licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and early intervention specialists. Our Center’s day-to-day operations are overseen by a licensed, registered occupational therapist who is board-certified in pediatrics (BCP) by the American Occupational Therapy Association, is a published researcher, and is also Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT)-certified.
Working together with our children and their families, these specialists employ the latest therapeutic practices and technologies to foster progress in seven key areas of development:

Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare is pleased to contract with various Regional Centers for some services. The Department of Developmental Services is committed to providing mechanisms for the resolution of problems and complaints when they arise. The Consumer Rights Complaint Process is a mechanism to be used when an individual consumer, or any representative acting on behalf of a consumer, believes that any right has been wrongly or unfairly denied by a regional center, developmental center, or a service provider. Consumers have the right to pursue appeals via the Department of Developmental Services appeals page or by phone at 916/654-1987.
