For inpatient rehabilitation services, we are pleased to admit those individuals who can benefit from three hours or more of therapy nearly every day. Therefore, we require a referral by a physician or an evaluation by a Casa Colina physician or nurse liaison prior to admitting a new patient. All medical-surgical patients require a referral from their physician for a scheduled surgery, intensive care, or medical-surgical stay.
If you think you or a loved one could benefit from our inpatient care, please talk to your doctor or call 909/596-7733, ext. 3900 or toll-free 866/724-4127, ext. 3900.
