At Casa Colina, we offer a wide range of rehabilitation services and specialized medical care. Yet, we continually look for new ways to bring our care to more people for two important reasons. We want to make our rehabilitation accessible to patients who might find it difficult to travel to our campus. We also want to provide more medical services for the convenience of those patients who can make it to our campus.
Which is why we have developed an affiliation with San Antonio Community Hospital to provide the Rancho
Rehabilitation Center in Rancho Cucamonga. We also welcome the LDR Neurosurgery Group to our campus. As we continue to grow and collaborate with other medical institutions and providers, we will add more affiliated centers to the Pomona campus and beyond.
