LOCAL PHYSICIANS TO OFFER
FREE SCHOOL SPORTS PHYSICALS
AT CASA COLINA CAMPUS ON
SATURDAY, AUGUST 23 FROM 8AM TO NOON
Pomona, CA…Casa Colina will offer free school sports physicals at its Sports Medicine Center in Pomona on Saturday, August 23 from 8am to 12 noon. The center is located inside the Casa Colina Outpatient Center at 255 East Bonita Avenue (at Garey) in Pomona.
The free Casa Colina school sports physicals being held this summer are provided complements of the following area physicians:
- Christopher Chalian M.D., and Michael Marger, M.D., of Garey Orthopedic Medical Group
- Harvey D. Cohen M.D. and William Paley, D.O., of Cohen Medical Center
- Rick M. Hirsch, D.O., of Inland Family Healthcare Centers, Inc.
- David Patterson, M.D. and Shashank Arya, M.D., of Casa Colina
School athletes of all ages are welcome. Please bring school paperwork and/or forms. A generic form will also be available. Immunization verifications will not be provided. Appointments will not be taken – walk-ins only.
